SUMMARY:
The Estimating Coordinator (EC) is an administrative role that support the estimating team. Responsible for performing administrative duties and control of documents in support of the Estimating Department.
ESSENTIAL Duties:
- Perform detailed bid document review to accurately capture/solicit vendors/subs for quotes.
- Set up new and maintain electronic estimating files (i.e., Plans, Specs, Bid Forms, Addenda, RFl's, Bid Date Changes, etc.).
- Compile & update pending, sold & lost bid lists for sales reports & database entries.
- Correspond with Customers & vendors.
- Maintain Invitation to Bid (ITB) Log & the "Jobs to Bid" schedule.
- Provide CES bid intentions to general contractors in a timely fashion.
- Prepare proposals and notify Estimators so they can review/verify counts, inclusions and exclusions.
- Prepare & maintain electronic pre-qualifications for all General Contractors/Clients.
- Maintain Estimating calendar for meetings, walkthroughs, staff vacations, etc.
- Set-up Job folders for awarded projects.
- Other duties & special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge & Skills of:
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
